Catalogue of the exhibition curated by Fondazione Cassi Ramelli (Milan, Palazzo della Ragione, 20 September – 16 October 2005). The monograph features images and written details on all known architectural and other works by Cassi Ramelli, who worked mainly in Milan.
Intesa Sanpaolo lent the original drawings of the Building built as the headquarters of Snia Viscosa in Via Montebello / Via Cernaia, acquired in the early 1980s by Banca Commerciale Italiana for use as its main premises in Milan. Amongst other events, the book also describes how Cassi Ramelli took part in a competition to design a building for Cassa di Risparmio di Milano (1926) and his restoration plans for Casa Morandet on the corner of Via Verdi and Via Manzoni between 1950 and 1955, the former home of the Italian Banking Institute.
