Palazzo Bassetti

Intesa Sanpaolo

Residence of the Barons Ciani Bassetti from 1600 until the early 1900s, the Palazzo stands out for its Renaissance-inspired facade. While maintaining its original structure, it was rebuilt in 1883 by Saverio Tamanini, one of Trento’s most famous engineers, and in 1939 by architect Marco Martinuzzi, a graduate of the Venice Academy of Fine Arts. In 2000 the entire Palazzo was refurbished by the Trento-born architect Sergio Giovanazzi.
